Monday – Friday
Salary:
$65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience, bonus eligible

Key Responsibilities (Payroll Administrator)
Process payroll accurately and timely, including audits and validations
Maintain and update payroll data such as raises, deductions, and leave changes
Manage employee payroll records within ADP or comparable payroll systems
Partner with HR and Finance to investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements
Qualifications (Payroll Administrator)
2+ years of experience in payroll administration
Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll platforms
Solid understanding of payroll taxes, regulations, and compliance standards
