Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: On-Site – Massillon, Ohio
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 depending on experience, bonus eligible

Key Responsibilities (Payroll Administrator):

• Process and audit payroll accurately and on schedule


• Manage payroll data including pay increases, deductions, and leave adjustments


• Maintain employee payroll records using ADP or similar systems


• Collaborate with HR and finance to resolve payroll discrepancies


• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations

Qualifications (Payroll Administrator):

• 2+ years of payroll administration experience


• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems


• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance
