Key Responsibilities & Duties

Lead full desk recruiting for core operations roles

Build strong relationships with hiring managers

Drive decision-making and candidate engagement

Manage a req load of 20-35 roles

Ensure exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience

Collaborate closely with team for regional growth

Required Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of recruiting experience preferred

Proven track record in talent acquisition

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Experience in client-facing roles

Experience with medical health insurance plans (3 different types), dental, and vision insurance

Voluntary and long-term disability insurance

Interview Process: 2 rounds, virtual and onsite

Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
