Genesis Revenue Recovery, Phoenix, AZ, United States
About the Company
At Genesis Credit Management, our people are at the center of everything we do. We are a growing organization where your contributions will be visible, valued, and impactful. You will have the autonomy to build programs from the ground up, the support of experienced leadership, and the opportunity to shape a people‑first culture as we scale.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on HR Generalist to own people operations across a growing team. This broad, strategic role drives recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HRIS management. You will bring structure, judgment, and follow‑through to each area and work closely with department managers and the Chief Operating Officer. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of HR.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
Own the full recruitment cycle from job posting through offer negotiation across multiple roles simultaneously, including hourly contact center and operations positions
Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a knowledgeable resource for employee inquiries
Lead new employee orientations and manage a smooth, structured onboarding experience
Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, Washington, and Arizona employment law (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, Title VII, and related statutes)
Facilitate employee relations and navigate workplace concerns with professionalism and care
Coordinate and support performance management processes across the organization
Develop and deliver training programs that build capability and reinforce company culture
Manage and maintain HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting
Partner with leadership on organizational change initiatives and special HR projects
What You Bring
5+ years of HR Generalist experience, ideally in a regulated, fast‑paced environment, specifically financial services, BPO, or collections background
Demonstrated experience across the full HR function: recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, and training
Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruiting across multiple concurrent roles
Working knowledge of federal and Washington and Arizona employment law
Proficiency with HRIS platforms; familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint is an advantage. Paylocity is a strong plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
PHR or SHRM‑CP certification preferred
