The Principal’s activities span multiple fronts with respect to her areas of engagement, her physical location, her commitment to work and family, and the breadth of her current and prospective accomplishments. Her assistant must match her dedication, focused communication, strong values, and the will to always improve methods and systems in the service of accomplishment. The work environment is positive and grounded in kindness and respect. This assistant must be excellent as a matter of course.

Requirements

BA/BS from competitive US college

7+ years of experience supporting UHNW individuals, founders, or C-level executives

Prior experience in a

family office or similarly high‑touch environment

Advanced proficiency in

Excel, Salesforce, Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems

Interest and ability to leverage

new tools and AI‑driven solutions

Very strong writing; interpersonal fluidity and capacity for nuance

Polished presentation and the capacity to interact with stakeholders at the highest levels

Actually caring about other people

Responsibilities

Preparing daily itineraries and adjusting as needed; establishing priorities

Manage continually changing calendar including constant events, meetings, travel between two US homes and international locations for work, scheduling across time zones and priorities

Liaising between internal teams, donors, stakeholders, audiences

Helping to manage stress

Coordination with house managers and husband’s assistant

Heavy event planning coordination with associated teams

Meeting preparation and related research

Project design and management at a very high level

Travel planning, domestic and international, commercial and private, detailed itineraries, precision logistics

Maintaining and improving operations and systems
