What's new is the Las Vegas operation, the team, and the opportunity to build it from the ground up.
The Role
We're looking for a mid-level Escrow Officer who's licensed in Nevada, knows full-cycle escrow, and wants to grow with a company that has in-house deal flow from an active wholesale and flip operation. You'll be supported day-to-day by Javier Chavez (COO) and Noelle Pineda (Operations), and backed by the franchise's compliance and operations team.
What You'll Own
Open, manage, and close full-cycle escrow files for residential and commercial transactions
Handle HomeRun Offer's wholesale and flip transactions as a core part of your pipeline
Review escrow instructions, purchase agreements, lender requirements, and title commitments
Prepare and balance settlement statements in compliance with NRS 645A
Coordinate signings, funding, and recording
Follow up with warm referrals from the Pineda network and convert them into closed files
Build relationships with agents, lenders, and attorneys in the Las Vegas market
Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders from open to close
Required
Full-cycle escrow experience in Nevada
Working knowledge of Nevada escrow law, settlement statement prep, and closing procedures
Comfortable with wholesale assignments and investor-to-investor transactions
Ability to manage multiple files without dropping details
Comfortable following up on warm leads and holding a pipeline
Nice to Have
Existing book of business or referral relationships in Las Vegas
Experience across residential resale, refi, new construction, wholesale, or commercial
Familiarity with common escrow/title software (Qualia, ResWare, RamQuest, SoftPro)
Compensation
$60K–$70K OTE (base + commission)
Medical, dental, and vision insurance (company pays a portion of employee medical)
