Do you have a proven track record in the title insurance industry and a passion for building strong, strategic partnerships? We’re looking for an experienced title/escrow professional to serve as a Business Development Officer for the Ohio territory—someone who understands the nuances of our business and knows how to drive growth through trusted relationships. In this high-impact, client-facing role, you’ll connect with realtors, lenders, builders, and other partners to promote our services and grow our market presence. What You’ll Do: Position Highlights Execute strategic plans to meet or exceed monthly goals
Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Build and nurture relationships with realtors, lenders, builders, and other referral sources
Deliver engaging sales presentations that clearly communicate our value
Maintain accurate client records and track activities in the company CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and excellent client outcomes
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay one step ahead
Represent the company at community and industry events (Chamber of Commerce, Realtor boards, etc.)
Participate in team sales meetings and continuous professional development
What You Bring: Qualifications Minimum 3 years of successful title insurance sales experience REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/training experience
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to build trust and influence decision-makers
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
