What You’ll Do
Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, attorneys, lenders, builders, and other key market players.
Participate in networking events and professional organizations to elevate brand visibility.
Support operations through collaboration with the Agency Manager on marketing results and initiatives.
Regularly report on market developments and submit monthly activity updates.
Assist in budget preparation and implementation of financial controls.
Identify and communicate potential industry risks and ensure compliance with ITIC’s risk management protocols.
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales and marketing background with a successful record in relationship management.
Industry experience in title insurance, mortgage lending, or real estate sales is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with digital tools.
Ability to travel throughout your assigned territory.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training.
