Senior Accountant at E2 Optics
We are an award‑winning, woman‑owned technology integrator leading the data center revolution. The role requires advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Ensure all financial reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with accounting standards and regulations.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision‑making.

Oversee and perform reconciliation of general ledger accounts, including cash, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other balance sheet accounts.

Support overall efficiency of accounting operations.

Promote Company Core Values and ensure safe work practices.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.

4+ years of accounting experience with expertise in financial reporting and account reconciliation.

Experience within the construction industry and supporting multiple states.

Experience with accounting software and financial systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).

Self‑motivated, excellent work ethic aligned with the Company’s Core Values.

Solid team player exhibiting accountability, collaboration, integrity, and respect.

Well‑organized and attentive to detail.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
The standard work environment is an indoor business office and construction environment. The role requires sitting, use of hands and arms, verbal communication, and occasional physical movement such as stooping or kneeling. The employee must regularly lift up to 40 pounds, move up to 25 pounds, carry and climb ladders to 20 feet, and operate equipment such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other heavy‑equipment if required. The employee may also be required to work in tight, confined spaces.
