
Treasury Analyst

Reporting to the Treasury Manager/Corporate Treasurer, the Treasury Analyst will support CoinFlip in managing global banking relationships and treasury administration, including liquidity management, risk assessment, and timely accounting and reconciliation of all transactions.
Responsibilities:
Prepare daily cash positioning within the Treasury Management System to assist with global liquidity management.
Monitor and reconcile cash‑related accounts including bank accounts, cash in kiosks, cash in transit, and perform analysis for KPI reporting.
Carry out the reconciliation of all bank accounts in order to ensure that all banking transactions are accurate and consistent with factual transactions as recorded in the book of accounts and variations are eliminated.
Provide reconciliation reports to the Accounting team to assist with the month close process.
Oversee the sourcing, management, and administration of bank relationships and bank accounts for domestic and international operations.
Liaise with banks to obtain bank statements and reports, and provide feedback on CoinFlip’s cash position.
Monitor fund disbursements, ensuring that all income and expenditure is recorded in compliance with internal procedures and International Accounting Standards.
Ensure that accurate financial and relevant records are kept for all treasury transactions.
Prepare ad‑hoc management reports on budget utilization and variances, reasons for deviations, and propose preliminary recommendations for management review.
Oversee administrative matters related to code of conduct for financial activities and report for unusual activities, transactions, and investigation of anomalies or unusual transactions.
Support management in the financial decision‑making process.
Coordinate and maintain a daily, 13‑week, and 26‑week cash forecasting system to ensure that adequate funds are available to meet the working requirements of the programs.
Scrutinize budget proposals received from other functions for any technical errors/issues.
Provide analysis, details and explanations on the status of CoinFlip’s accounts.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Accounting & Finance.
Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
Certified Public Accountant Certificate or Certified Management Accountant is preferable.
Experience developing financial modeling.
Familiarity with Access or other database software applications.
Technical awareness and familiarity with Accounting and Treasury Management Systems.
Familiarity with other business software applications.
Self‑motivated individual with effective organizational skills.
Ability to undertake multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus.
Must be proactive, with the ability to meet and surpass project deadlines.
Annual Salary: 80,000 - 110,000 PLN based on market and experience of candidate
