Concrete Pump Truck & Conveyor Operator – Direct Hire
Location: Appleton, WI and surrounding market
Pay Range: $36–$42/hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime as needed)
Employment Type: Direct Hire

We have an immediate need for a skilled

Concrete Equipment Operator

to support construction projects throughout the Appleton area and surrounding markets. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, full benefits, and long-term career growth.

Candidates must have experience operating

concrete pump trucks and concrete conveyor trucks , be safety-minded, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks in both indoor and outdoor job site environments. Applicants must maintain a valid CDL, follow all safety protocols, and be able to handle equipment setup, hoses, and cleanup.

Position Overview
The Concrete Pump Truck Operator will safely drive, position, and operate concrete pump and conveyor trucks on various construction projects. Responsibilities include performing equipment inspections and maintenance, coordinating with field crews to execute pour plans, and ensuring accurate and efficient concrete placement. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Safely drive and position concrete pump and conveyor trucks on job sites

Set up and operate pump booms and conveyors for efficient and precise concrete placement

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance on equipment

Coordinate with supervisors and crews to execute pour plans and meet project schedules

Clean and maintain pump lines, hoses, and conveyor equipment after each pour

Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and industry regulations

Maintain accurate daily records and communicate issues or delays

Required Education & Certifications

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required

Required Experience

Experience operating concrete pump trucks

Experience operating concrete conveyor trucks

Knowledge of jobsite safety protocols and construction site operations

Physically capable of performing equipment setup, handling hoses, and cleanup tasks

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with field crews
