
Information Technology Financial Analyst
Tucker Parker Smith Group (TPS Group), Milpitas, CA, United States
Location: Milpitas, CA (Hybrid – 3x on-site)
Responsibilities
Collaborate as a trusted advisor and business partner within IT, and other Operations team, including interacting with senior executives and their respective management teams
Manage all aspects of spending for the organization, including but not limited to, expense, headcount and capital management, forecast, monthly re-commit, variance analysis, monthly close and management reporting
Consolidate and provide input and analysis on key expense trends and metrics to identify risks and opportunities while ensuring a high degree of accuracy
Conduct qualitative analysis to trend present and future operational performance
Prepare executive presentations to review results and forecasts with management and business partners
Support ad hoc initiatives and business cases
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst / Accountant
Strong financial analysis, financial modeling, variance analysis, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills are a must
Team focused with excellent interpersonal skills
Systems and tools skills required: SmartView, Oracle Cloud, Excel and other Microsoft Suite Applications
