What We Offer
Flexible Scheduling:
We operate 7 days a week.
Full‑time:
4 shifts per week (8‑12 hour shifts).
Part‑time:
2‑3 shifts per week (still 8‑12 hour shifts).
Immediate start dates & paid training.
Pay (Hour rate + Tips + Performance Based Bonus)
Total average earnings: $22 - $26/hour.
Performance Bonus:
Our bonus is better known as “Profit Share” meaning you make a percentage from the jobs you complete. This ensures you are paid well and rewarded based on the level of effort you put into each job.
A typical day includes
The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting.
Teams of two head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces.
Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer.
Once your truck is full, you dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities.
Maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team to run efficiently.

What you bring to the company
You are 21+ years of age (required for commercial truck insurance).
Possess a valid driver’s license (no CDL required).
Have a clean driving history for 3 years (no points, suspensions, or violations).
Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly.
Desired experience:
Candidates with experience in labor, warehouse, operations, sales, and customer service are especially well‑suited for this role.
