We're currently hiring motivated, results-driven "A" players for our Berlin, NJ location. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to lead by example. What We Offer:
Flexible scheduling: (We operate 7 days a week)
Full-time - 4 shifts per week (8-12 hour shifts)
Part-time- 2-3 shifts per week (still 8-12 hour shifts)
Immediate start dates & paid training
Pay (Hour rate + Tips + Performance Based Bonus)
Total average earnings: $22 - $26/hour
Performance Bonus: Our bonus is better known as "Profit Share" Meaning, you make a percentage from the jobs you complete. What better way to ensure you are both paid well, but also based on the level of effort you have put into each job
A typical day includes:
The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting.
Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers' homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer
Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team

What you bring to the company:
You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance)
Possess a valid driver's license (No CDL Required!)
Have a clean driving history for 3 years (No points, suspensions, or violations)
Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
