Description
This job involves a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a hygienic and safe environment. Key responsibilities include collecting and discarding trash, maintaining floors through sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and spot cleaning, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting lavatory areas, cleaning glass surfaces and mirrors, participating in group cleaning projects, maintaining furniture and fixtures, assisting with furniture arrangement, responding to inclement weather conditions by removing snow and salting, performing security checks, and offering assistance for outdoor sporting events as needed. Other duties may be assigned by supervisors or managers.
Requirements
Proper use of commercial vacuum cleaners, stripping machines, floor scrubbers.
Availability for snow removal (shovel, snow blower).
Use of special tools or equipment assigned to perform duties.
Follow standard procedures for diluting chemicals, floor finishes, and use of cleaning chemicals.
