Tipp City Schools is seeking a dependable and student-focused Bus Aide for the 2026–2027 school year. This position supports the bus driver in ensuring the safety and supervision of students during transportation.
Responsibilities
Assist students while boarding and exiting the bus
Supervise students during transport to ensure a safe and orderly environment
Support students with special needs as required
Assist the driver with maintaining student safety and behavior
Communicate effectively with students and staff
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit (or ability to obtain)
Experience working with children preferred
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
