Compensation
$ 25 - 35 /hour, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Tier 2 IT Support to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Provide standard hardware and software support

Deliver proactive and reactive AV support

Deploy and set up hardware efficiently

Conduct basic networking tasks

Manage low-level orientations

Required Qualifications & Experience

2+ years of IT support experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Experience with Windows 11 or Windows 10

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Intune Administration skills

Active Directory knowledge

Other Information

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-5, non-negotiable hours
