$100,000 - $140,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
Manage diverse family law caseload from initial consultation through resolution.
Handle divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, support modifications, and adoption matters.
Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and court correspondence.
Conduct client meetings, depositions, and represent clients in court proceedings.
Collaborate with experienced attorneys while developing independent case management skills.
Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation/collaborative law processes.
Maintain detailed case files and ensure timely completion of all deadlines.
Provide compassionate, professional client service throughout sensitive legal matters.
Requirements
J.D. from accredited law school.
2+ years family law experience.
PA bar admission.
Strong communication and client service skills.
Commitment to professional, client‑focused approach.
