Job Overview
Hutchinson Public Schools is seeking a Special Education Teacher at the Middle School for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. It is preferred that candidates hold an ABS or SLD licensure from the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELS) or contact the district for licensure options. Salary range: $49,048.00 to $91,357.00 per year, depending on education and experience. The position requires working 183 days per year, 8 hours per day, and will work with students in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade.
