Overview
Hutchinson Public Schools is seeking two Special Education Teachers at our West Elementary and Tiger Elementary buildings for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond.
Positions will work with students at West Elementary (pre-K through 1st grade are mentioned for West) and Tiger Elementary (second and third grade). It is preferred that candidates hold an ABS, ASD, or EBD licensure from the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) or contact the district for licensure options. The salary range for this position is $49,048.00 per year – $91,357.00 per year. Salary is dependent upon education and experience. These positions will work 183 days per year, 8 hours per day.

Each campus collaborates with specialists in Music, Physical Education, STREAM, Art, Enrichment, Special Education, and Title 1 to support student learning.
