Floating Maintenance
Fill in for open maintenance positions within the assigned portfolio.
Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders within the assigned portfolio.
Conducts monthly safety meetings, schedules and performs preventative maintenance, and manages OSHA/SDS safety and reporting requirements.
Maintains grounds and professional appearance of the property.
Assists with the management of vendors such as landscapers, pest control, and other physical asset vendors to ensure quality service for the assigned portfolio.
Maintains an adequate inventory of supplies.
Manages tasks within budget or seeks approval for necessary work that is over budget.
Emergency on-call is required as part of the position.
Performs all reasonable duties as outlined by supervisor.
Strives to exceed ’ expectations for excellent customer service.
Contributes to a positive team culture and happy base.
Requirements
Prior maintenance experience is required, maintenance experience in multi-family property management is strongly
High organizational skills
Experience with warranty work
Strong communication skills
High level of attention to detail
Ability to complete punch walks and follow up with construction
REAC and other government physical inspec ons experience .
Great presentation and interaction with clients and required
Excellent customer service skills required
Experience with leading and supervising a team
Prior experience working with a budget is strongly
Experience with Yardi
Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies, as needed
Must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage
