Labor & Employment Associate

One of Tampa’s top L&E boutique law firms is seeking an employment litigation associate to support its core practice under the mentorship of seasoned attorneys.

Responsibilities

Handle litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations.

Provide day‑to‑day support to clients on employment law issues, drafting and revising handbooks, training materials, and related activities.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in employment & labor or business litigation, preferably in federal court.
