RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducting investigatory interviews and fact development
Drafting and responding to discovery demands
Preparing initial pleadings and administrative position statements
Drafting and arguing motions
Managing matters efficiently from inception through resolution
Taking and defending depositions (preferred, but not required)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to employment and labor matters
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active admission to the New York State Bar
