A well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization in Texas is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing outpatient team in the Conroe and Willis areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an APP seeking a predictable schedule, light patient volume, and true work-life balance in a supportive, community-focused environment.

MondayFriday schedule (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

No call responsibilities

Manageable patient volume (15 patients per day)

What Youll Do

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting

Manage acute and chronic conditions while focusing on preventive care

Build long-term patient relationships in a continuity-based practice

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Experience in primary care required, no new grads

Comfortable seeing patients of all ages, 35% peds!

Team-oriented with strong communication skills
