Overview
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Start Date: ASAP. Pay Rate: $125,000.00 – $135,000.00. A well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization in Texas is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join its outpatient team in the Conroe and Magnolia areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an APP seeking a predictable schedule, light patient volume, and true work-life balance in a supportive, community-focused environment.
Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Location: Conroe and Magnolia, TX. This outpatient role focuses on comprehensive primary care with a patient-centered approach.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
Manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on preventive care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care.
Qualifications
Experience in primary care preferred.
Passion for community-based, patient-centered care.
