ABOUT THE JOB
The Supplier Operations Program Manager will lead the rollout, adoption, and enforcement of supplier-facing operational standards across Anduril’s supply base. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end execution of key supplier initiatives including packaging and labeling requirements, ASN enablement, supplier portal adoption, and compliance to Anduril operational procedures, manuals, and policies.

This role plays a critical part in scaling Anduril’s supply chain by translating internal requirements into clear, executable expectations for suppliers and ensuring consistent adoption across a rapidly growing and diverse supplier network.

This role works cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, Material Flow, AP, and Systems teams, while engaging directly with suppliers (including on-site), to ensure operational standards are implemented effectively and drive measurable improvements in receiving efficiency, data accuracy, and supplier accountability.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead end-to-end rollout of supplier operational initiatives, including packaging, labeling, serialization, ASN enablement, and supplier portal adoption

Translate internal requirements into clear supplier‑facing documentation, training, and implementation plans

Drive supplier compliance to the Supplier Delivery Manual and Chargeback Policy across the supply base

Partner with internal teams (Material Flow, Quality, Procurement, Finance, IT) to align on requirements and ensure consistent execution

Engage directly with suppliers (including on‑site visits) to drive adoption, resolve gaps, and ensure readiness

Identify and resolve system and process gaps impacting supplier compliance and receiving performance

Support development and implementation of ASN‑driven receiving workflows and supplier data integration into WMS and ERP systems

Track and report on supplier adoption, compliance metrics, and rollout progress

Analyze trends in supplier non‑compliance (labeling, packaging, ASN, documentation) and drive corrective actions

Support supplier accountability programs, including chargeback enablement and supplier performance reviews

Drive consistent execution of supplier standards across sites, programs, and supplier tiers

Act as the primary owner of external supplier operational rollout strategy and execution

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, supply chain or related field

6+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, quality, or analytics roles

Familiarity with packaging, labeling, and logistics workflows

Experience with ERP and WMS systems

Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in data analytics, supply chain management, or related field

Experience working directly with external partners

Comfortable creating structure out of ambiguity

Strong bias for action and sense of urgency

Experience supporting supplier performance

Familiarity with Atlassian suite of products

US SALARY RANGE
$146,000 — $194,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full‑time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
