The Counterintelligence (CI) and Security Investigations (SI) Team safeguards Anduril’s workforce and supply chain by proactively identifying risk, mitigating threats and delivering actionable investigative insights. About the Position
Anduril is seeking a professional to support the CI and Security Investigations team who is interested in an exciting opportunity to help support a program which requires significant critical thinking, creativity, complex problem solving and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work across a rapidly growing, global, dynamic organization to identify and mitigate threats. The Supply Chain Security CI Analyst is responsible for analysis in support of the CI & SI’s support to Anduril’s Supply Chain Team and various supply chain security initiatives. The role will require analytic efforts and workstreams that integrate across key business processes and stakeholders to proactively identify potential nation‑state threats to the supply chain to enable rapid mitigation and informed decision making. The Supply Chain Security CI analyst will leverage a variety of internal and external data sets and tools to develop a robust understanding of the threat environment. The Supply Chain Security CI analyst must be a proactive self‑starter that can operate on a team and be responsive to fast paced and dynamic operational and threat environments. The Supply Chain Security CI analyst must possess an understanding of CI, the ability to identify and analyze complex, sometimes non‑obvious relationships, understanding of existing regulations and government contract requirements related to the supply chain and ability to effectively communicate complex risks and threats.
What You’ll Do
Conduct thorough CI risk assessments and vulnerability analyses on suppliers and subcontractors.
Support a repeatable, scalable process to ensure appropriate initial CI vetting of all supplier and vendors.
Implement and continuously monitor existing suppliers and vendors for emerging CI risks and threats.
Analyze and draft counterintelligence strategies to mitigate supply chain risks.
Assess and identify potential CI threats to the software supply chain.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with government contracts.
Monitor and analyze trends in supply chain threats, providing timely reports to management.
Support investigations into supply chain incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Support training for staff working supply chain issues on supply chain security and counterintelligence best practices.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant data sets, tools, laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Maintain documentation for supply chain security CI assessments and procedures.
Conduct regular audits of supply chain processes to ensure CI risk mitigation.
Participate in cross‑functional supply chain teams as a CI representative to enhance overall organizational security posture.
Provide analysis on emerging nation‑state threats, evolving TTPs and potential vulnerabilities impacting the supply chain.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Security Management, Intelligence Studies).
Minimum of 3‑4 years of experience in counterintelligence.
Understanding of ITAR/EAR regulations and compliance requirements as well as government contract requirements.
Experience with CI risk assessment methodologies and CI threat analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
Experience leveraging a variety of open source data providers and tools to conduct deep research to identify nation‑state risk to the supply chain.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with government contracting processes and compliance audits.
Familiarity of cybersecurity principles and practices relevant to supply chains.
Familiarity with supply chain risk management software and tools.
Previous experience in a defense contractor environment.
Salary
US Salary Range: $98,000—$130,000 USD
