Are you ready to take on a new, exciting challenge?
We are seeking an Inventory Analyst to be responsible for management of all commercial parts to achieve an optimum level of inventory investment for the Norican lines of business.

Safety and compliance
Technical Skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint); willingness to train and learn the AX ERP system / Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or equivalent (preferred).
Certifications
APICS and/or Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) certifications preferred.
Experience
Five to seven years related experience. Six Sigma experience is a plus.
Other Requirements
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends when necessary.
Specific Tasks
Establish and execute processes that support inventory planning and control across all lines of business.
Implement and execute cycle counting procedures, inventory planning strategy and tactics that support the continuous supply of required materials and flawless delivery, aiming at total customer satisfaction and sales growth.
Publish Cycle Count reports, KPIs, and root cause analysis.
Maintain the required inventory to run the production and sales process smoothly while optimizing QCD.
Promote application of best practices related to inventory management across all lines of business, using corporate systems and developing cross division collaboration.
Own the continuous improvement process to meet stretched OTD, stock coverage, customer satisfaction and cost reduction targets.
Coordinate inter‑departmentally to evaluate customer and supplier requirements, lead times and other factors for inventory planning.
Perform and publish root cause analyses on key metrics related to Inventory Management.
Work to maintain a safe and healthy work environment by supporting company policies.
Participate as a member of cross‑functional teams.
Act as the ISO Element Champion for inventory management activities.
