Responsibilities
Oversee the Housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist the Director of Housekeeping and Housekeeping Assistant Manager in interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members.
Educate staff on property policies, procedures, layout, and supplies.
Assign supervisors to inspect guest rooms and ensure quality standards are met in a timely manner.
Work with staff to complete cleaning and maintenance duties.
Review inventory, process purchase orders, and manage basic payroll.
Review timecards daily and prepare schedules.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year hotel experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Intermediate computer skills.
Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Must be able to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight.
Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time and walking moderate distances.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
