Position Summary
KidsPeace invites you to join our mission-driven team of professionals who provide hope, help, and healing to children, adults and those who love them. The Behavior Health Technician (BHT) works directly with youth in the home, school, and community implementing therapeutic interventions. The BHT collaborates closely with families and caregivers by modeling interventions, supporting skill generalization, and helping create consistent, supportive environments across settings.

Key Responsibilities
Provide home, school, and community-based one-on-one support to children and adolescents including behavior modification and therapeutic interventions as outlined in the treatment plan.
Ensure all required documentation is completed legibly, professionally, and timely.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure clients' needs are met.
Qualifications (Education, Training and Experience)
High School graduate or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Mental Health or related field preferred.
Experience with acute emotionally challenged children or adolescents preferred.
Valid driver's license
REQUIRED .
SCM certification and CPR/First Aid certifications required (trained internally post-hire).
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills.
