Senior Assistant, Logistics

Responsibilities

Perform inventory management for A5 mini store, including restocking shelves and organizing products in designated locations
Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient inventory to meet operational needs
Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies (weekly)
Support receiving, checking, and preparing parts for workshop usage
Track and record daily delivery activities, including trips and pallet movements
Handle daily receiving, unloading/loading, checking, and unpacking of parts
Perform parts checking and report any discrepancies
Carry out picking and packing activities for shipments and deliveries
Administrative & Team Support

Provide administrative and operational support to the Parts Department as needed
Coordinate with Penjuru warehouse to resolve stock discrepancies
Collaborate with team members to support overall sales and operational goals
Support immediate supervisor for STEMOS implementation of Consignment Inventory
Ensure accountability of consignment goods and coordinate with consignor on regular inventory top up
