About the Position
We are seeking fun, experienced, and professional voice and piano instructors to teach part‑time at our Northwest Austin locations: The Musician's Woodshed – North Parmer, Velocity Music Academy – Cedar Park, and Northwest School of Music. This teacher will be instructing IN PERSON at our schools.
Responsibilities
Teach voice and piano lessons to students of all skill levels. Design customized lesson plans for each student, focusing on music tastes, skill set, and personal goals. Conduct lessons in a student‑centered, encouraging environment.
Qualifications
Strong music background evidenced by a degree in music performance or equivalent performing experience
Demonstrated love of teaching and experience working with young musicians
Robust appreciation for punctuality and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a routine background check
