Cook Job Description
We are expanding and looking for cooks to be part of our successful brand. Business hours are from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM – no evenings or late nights. You will finish work by 3 PM. Flexible schedule and a career advancement program are offered.

Prepare workstations, cooking ingredients, and kitchen equipment for cooking.

Cook and arrange food.

Responsibilities of a Cook

Maintain a sanitized and well‑organized kitchen.

Prepare workstations for cooking.

Prepare and maintain kitchen equipment.

Check the quality of ingredients.

Prepare cooking ingredients using various techniques.

Manage food storage, stock, and ingredient orders.

Ensure you have transportation to work.

Know and follow sanitation procedures.

Showcase teamwork and communication skills.

Showcase great organizational skills.

Be able to multitask and act quickly.

Be willing to work in a team environment.

The Burrito Express was established in 1995 by Angel Marin Sr. as a family‑run Mexican restaurant offering delivery, dine‑in, take‑out, and catering. It has six locations in the East Valley and Scottsdale.
