Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to construction sites* Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs* Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members* Maintain accurate delivery and work records* Follow all safety and environmental regulations and company policies**What Are We Looking For*** Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license with air brake endorsement* Strong commitment to safety and customer service* Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment* Demonstrated reliability and teamwork**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** $25.22 to $40.90 per hour* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
