Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Operate mixer truck to deliver concrete to construction sites.* Ensure timely delivery and quality of concrete.* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.* Maintain accurate delivery records and logs.* Communicate effectively with dispatch and site personnel.**What Are We Looking For*** Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.* Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment.* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.* Capability to handle physical demands of the job.* Valid commercial driver's license (CDL).**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** $26.09 to $26.72 per hour.* Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension.* Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays.Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
