Job Overview
Full-time inspector needed for immediate hire in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County areas. Must be state licensed and experienced. Must have insurance, a vehicle, and required tools. Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
Perform residential and commercial inspections to ensure compliance, assess hazards, and detect structural defects throughout interiors and exteriors of properties, including infrastructure, electrical, plumbing, and air quality.
Qualifications
State licensed inspector with relevant experience.
Insurance, vehicle, and inspection tools.
Strong communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
