
Delivery Technician I - Full Time - Days - Hackensack - AHSIC

Responsible for transporting, repairing, assembling, and distributing medical supplies and equipment to patients. Provides training to employees on fire prevention, chemical safety, and equipment, and ensures and maintains complete paperwork. Performs after‑hour coverage and other duties as assigned.

Principal Accountabilities
Maintains paperwork and entry data for service records and billing accurately and timely.
Establishes, configures, tests, and delivers new and used imaging equipment to patients.
Aids in inventory management by documenting patient equipment, specialty items, and supply orders.
Performs delivery log of activities, including checking and logging recipient identification, in adherence with policy and procedure.
Assists pharmacy management with the current status and problems.
Maintains and documents all inventory appropriately and timely.
Ensures a high level of service on both time and response quality.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid NJ Drivers License with a
unrestricted driving record .
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science or related field.
1 year experience in Home Medical Equipment or relevant area.
