Japanese Business Research Coordinator
to support research, reporting, and business development activities related to Japanese companies in the U.S. Midwest. This role also supports events, digital marketing, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Research Japanese business investment trends and regional market conditions
Prepare reports and briefings in English and Japanese
Support events, business programs, and digital marketing initiatives
Coordinate with headquarters in Tokyo and internal teams
Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, databases, and documents
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Strong English and Japanese communication skills
Strong research and writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Authorized to work in the U.S.
