Hours: 9am - 5pm (M-F), Hybrid schedule (up to 2 remote days per week)

Description Non-profit organization in Downtown Chicago's organization is seeking Business Development Coordinator to support business development activities between U.S. and Japanese companies. This role focuses on investment promotion, partnership development, and coordination of business projects and events.
Key Responsibilities
Support business development initiatives and partnerships between U.S. and Japanese companies
Assist with market research, client outreach, and relationship management
Coordinate seminars, events, and business matching activities
Maintain CRM data and prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials
Provide administrative support, including scheduling and handling inquiries
Requirements
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Interest in international business, trade, or investment
