Job Summary
Responsible for all aspects of dealing with assigned games and assists the Table Games Service Supervisor in tracking play and game observation. Greets and recruits new casino customers while providing friendly, excellent service to every guest.
3+ Years experience- Games needed Roulette, European Roulette, Craps/Dice, Baccarat, Pai Gow Tiles, Pai Gow Poker, (You Must Know (3) of the games listed)!!!!!
Responsibilities
Acknowledges, greets, and converses in English with customers who approach the Table Games area
Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned game pieces, determining winners and losers, collecting, and paying bets
Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures
Reads, verifies, and signs appropriate documents when necessary
Greets guests with a proper company standard introduction and initiates conversation with guests
Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies
Requirements
3+ Years experience in at least three of the following games: Roulette, European Roulette, Craps/Dice, Baccarat, Pai Gow Tiles, Pai Gow Poker
Age requirement: 21 years or older
Well‑groomed appearance
Excellent customer relations and communication skills
Willingness to work any day of the week and any shift
Ability to maintain good relationships with co‑workers and work as a team
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
Ability to respond calmly and manage multiple customers’ demands in a fast‑paced environment, responding to visual and aural cues
Ability to memorize game rules and procedures and perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets
Manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money
Ability to balance chip bank at the beginning and end of shift
Excellent vision (including peripheral vision) to protect the games
Ability to read, verify, and sign appropriate documents relating to the game in a small area
Tolerance for areas with secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
Gaming License required
