1st shift Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Friday 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Payrate:
$16.50
What you will do
Company makes open‑cast urethane screens for the aggregate, mining and construction industries.
Screens are made to order by size and dimensions for each client.
This role is critical in ensuring product integrity through post‑cure dimensional inspections, helping us maintain high standards and reduce the risk of nonconforming products reaching our customers.
Work in Quality Control Department.
Perform post‑cure dimensional inspections on manufactured products.
Accurately measure components using tape measures and other basic tools.
Follow established inspection procedures and document findings.
Communicate any deviations or concerns to the QC lead.
Support continuous improvement efforts in quality assurance.
Ability to consistently lift up to 75 lbs.
Proficiency in reading a tape measure.
Basic blueprint reading.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
What we need from you
Be at least 18 years of age or older.
Comply with Client's substance abuse & background policy.
Must have steel‑toe shoes/boots.
Must be able to read tape measure proficiently.
Must have previous manufacturing experience and/or construction experience.
Must be able to work in hot environment during summer months.
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. repetitively.
Must be able to read basic blueprint.
