Responsibilities:
Maintain the internet and customer development processes for the sale department
Coordinate tasks and schedules within a group of sales representatives and other BDC representatives in a call center environment
Schedule customer appointments and contact existing customers with current sales promotions
Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and sales questions received via phone and/or internet
Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer’s customer satisfaction index (CSI)
Strive for continual improvement in the Business Development Center and in the company as a whole
Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity
Understanding of manufacturer’s specifications and staying up to date with new changes in product
Qualifications:
Superior communication skills, both oral and written
Strong email and phone presence is necessary
Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment,must thrive under pressure
Automotive experience is preferred
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
