Hours: Full Time - 40 hours - Monday to Friday

Purpose of Role
Vinci Facilities is looking for a proactive and organised Assistant Facilities Manager to support delivery of high‑quality soft facilities management services on our Lincolnshire Police contract.

Job Description
This role will have a strong focus on Cleaning Services, overseeing a mobile workforce operating across 25+ police sites throughout the region. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a professional FM environment, supporting a critical blue‑light client.

Responsibilities

Support the Facilities Manager in the delivery of soft FM services, with a primary focus on cleaning

Oversee, coordinate and support mobile cleaning teams across multiple operational sites

Ensure cleaning services are delivered to agreed standards, KPIs and SLAs

Carry out quality audits, site inspections and performance reviews

Manage staff schedules, absence and holiday cover to ensure service continuity

Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development of cleaning operatives

Ensure compliance with health & safety, COSHH and client‑specific requirements

Build and maintain strong working relationships with client representatives and internal teams

Assist with reporting, contract administration and continuous improvement initiatives

Essential Qualifications/Skills

Experience working within Facilities Management, ideally within soft services (cleaning)

Experience supervising or managing mobile or multi‑site teams

Strong organisational and communication skills

A practical, hands‑on approach with attention to detail

Comfortable working in a security‑sensitive environment

IWFM Membership (or working towards) is highly desirable

UK driving licence required due to travel between sites
