The Enovis Enabling Technology Team is seeking a Project Manager to contribute to software-based medical device development, coordinate multiple development teams across timezones and countries, and provide technical leadership, project management, and team leadership to help transform patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the creation and maintenance of product user needs and requirements
Plan software-based medical device releases to meet business milestones
Facilitate Review, triage and closure of Jira tickets
Ensure software team effectiveness and remove impediments that block progress
Track product and software release metrics and provide updates to the organization
Create and Manage project scope, schedule, resources, activities, budget, and communication plans
Create budget and schedule estimates for change requests
Facilitate the Agile Product Development Process
Facilitate Risk Management activities
Monitor Software Development Life Cycle process adherence
Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the Software Development Life Cycle
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and high quality
Minimum Basic Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred; Bachelor of Science in another engineering discipline required
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager
Minimum 2 years of experience leveraging Agile software development methodology
Minimum 2 years of experience with a modern software development management tool (e.g., Jira)
Experience negotiating timing and software content with internal stakeholders
Solid communication and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in agile critical roles such as leading Sprint Planning, Scrum, Sprint Review and Retrospectives
Experience leveraging IEC 62304 and IEC 62366
Experience with software design history files and regional regulatory requirements
Experience with Jira project tracking software
Experience with software architectural design
Experience with embedded software developed in electro-mechanical systems
Experience with automatic code generation
Experience with software-based requirements management tools
Experience with software-based automated test tools
Location
Austin; 25% Travel
