is seeking experienced, results-driven Service Advisors to join our growing Service Center. In this customer-facing sales role, Service Advisors build trust with guests, confidently recommend maintenance and repair services, provide clear pricing, and work closely with Technicians to deliver an exceptional service experience.
Employee Prerequisites
Flexible availability to maximize customer opportunities and earning potential
Proven sales experience, ideally in a fast‑paced automotive environment
Comfort with technology to efficiently manage customers and close more work
Quick learner able to complete onboarding and start producing results quickly
Physically able to remain active throughout the workday
Strong communication skills to confidently engage customers, build trust, and drive sales
Role Responsibilities
Sell Value & Close Work: Present service recommendations, pricing, and repair options that maximize customer trust and revenue.
Drive Your Paycheck: Accurately manage customer records, invoices, payments, and warranty details to support smooth payouts.
Upsell Strategically: Identify and recommend additional maintenance and products that increase repair orders and increase commissions.
Control the Service Flow: Schedule appointments, document concerns, and create accurate Repair Orders with strong cost estimates.
Support Customer Transportation Needs: Verify insurance and coordinate loaner vehicles to protect CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and repeat business.
