Our client, a leading manufacturing and distribution organization, is seeking a Driver Services Coordinator to join their team. As a Driver Services Coordinator, you will be part of the Logistics and Transportation department supporting warehouse operations and driver management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Manage driver sign-in and sign-out processes, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
Coordinate with transportation planners to schedule inbound and outbound loads efficiently.
Communicate with drivers regarding load instructions, site procedures, and special requirements.
Oversee yard management to optimize truck flow and minimize wait times.
Support driver experience initiatives by maintaining a welcoming environment and addressing driver needs.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
2-5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, distribution, or transportation environments.
Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite and ERP systems (PS or SAP).
Advanced knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS – RF).
Strong understanding of transportation industry regulations and best practices.
