Job Title: Driver Services Coordinator
Location: Baltimore, MD
Type: Contract
Compensation: $27.00/hour
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote
Hours: M-F, 6am to 2:30pm

Responsibilities
Manage driver check-in/out, shipment documentation, and truck flow to ensure safe and efficient operations at the facility.
Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, scheduling, and carrier compliance using WMS and CarrierPoint systems.
Communicate with transportation planners regarding no-shows, rescheduling, and load details.
Ensure all truck appointments are confirmed, loads are properly documented, and paperwork is completed accurately.
Manage the driver experience by greeting drivers cordially, monitoring wait times, maintaining the driver breakroom, and promoting positive interactions.
Answer phone inquiries, assist with scheduling, and support warehouse flow and control activities.
Respond to special projects, process order changes, and support shipping initiatives as needed.
Maintain technical proficiency with Google Suite, ERP systems, WMS RF, and transportation management systems.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
3+ years of experience in logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite, ERP systems (PS or SAP), Inventory Management, and Transport Management Systems (Carrier Point, Oracle).
Advanced knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS – RF).
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to walk through warehouse and outside yard as needed for job duties.
