Warehouse Coordinator
A Ziegenfelder Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for:
Inspect truck and follow the SOP's for receiving and storing raw materials.
Receive materials in the WMS.
Record receipt into the receiving log, report to finance at the end of each month.
Label raw material properly.
Record lot numbers (sticks).
Receiving paperwork, must be signed off, raw material match what was receive.
Receiving paperwork must be submitted to the appropriate person.
Communication with suppliers and carriers to ensure deliveries are set and properly planned.
Manage inventory warehouse and online.
Manage par levels at the warehouse.
Maintain, update, and edit in the WMS and inventory worksheet for accuracy.
Assist with EOM.
Keep track of back hauls and report to finance. No more than 5 per week
Review schedule at least one week in advance and communicate any possible shortages or issues.
Purchasing raw materials.
Communication:
Responsible for communicating daily activities to Freezer Manager, Freezer staff, and operations team.
Communication with suppliers and carriers to ensure deliveries are set and properly planned
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent level of experience.
5+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to operate electric powered forklifts and electric powered pallet jacks is a plus.
Must be available to work afternoon or night shifts, include weekends and holidays.
Flexibility across all shifts is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English.
Physical Abilities:
Possesses visual acuity to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
May need to exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, up to 30 lbs. of force frequently, and up to 10 lbs. of force constantly.
May need to climb, balance, stoop, crouch, reach, stand, push, and pull frequently during a shift.
Working Conditions:
Subject to cold temperatures of less than 32F for more than one hour with proper protection equipment.
May be subject to noise above 85 decibels with proper protection equipment.

Hourly Wage: From $20.75 - $23.50
