2nd Shift: 3:30 PM- 12:00 AM; $21.17- $27.50
We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily operations across both inbound (receiving) and outbound (shipping) functions. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, accurate inventory tracking, and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate inbound shipments, including receiving and inspection
Oversee outbound processes such as picking, packing, and shipping
Maintain accurate inventory and support cycle counts
Assign and monitor daily tasks for warehouse associates
Track workflow and resolve operational issues as needed
Communicate with internal teams (logistics, customer service, purchasing)
Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
Qualifications:
2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
Experience with WMS systems (SAP preferred)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead or coordinate team activities
