Administrative Assistant

The Human Resources Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department to ensure efficient and effective daily operations. The Administrative Assistant serves as a key point of contact for employees and external customers, maintaining confidentiality while delivering accurate, timely, and customer-focused support that contributes to a positive employee experience.
What you will be responsible for:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department, including preparing correspondence, maintaining calendars, and meetings, and assisting with general employee inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.
Support recruiting activities by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding tasks such as background checks, new hire paperwork, and orientation logistics.
Assist with payroll with administrative tasks by collecting, verifying, and entering employee time records.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as coordinating recognition efforts, milestone celebrations, surveys, wellness activities, and internal communications.
Provide logistical support to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee experience.
Assist with preparation and tracking of HR reports related to payroll, benefits, attendance, and compliance requirements.
Support audits and ensure HR and payroll documentation is properly retained in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in an administrative role
Technical skills included Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Team's, PowerPoint).
Any physical abilities required for the job (e.g., ability to lift a certain weight, stand for long periods).
